Got the time to buy the landscape equipment?<\/strong> Energy to get out there after work to cut the lawn, do annual spring & fall maintenance<\/strong> … take care of the tree trimming, garden edging, fertilising, aerating, buy the gas?\u00a0 \u00a0…. it’s like running a multi department landscaping business<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Too Much?<\/p>\n

Maybe so, your backyard is always in need of attention but takes but too much personal time!<\/p>\n

If you don’t want get the 100 per cent full property maintenance package consider:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Give a way the lawn cutting<\/strong>, edge trimming and blower work!\u00a0 The bigger the property the more important is this step. Then do not need a gas lawn mower nor a trimmer\u00a0 \u00a0.. always nice to have a gas blower around.<\/li>\n
  2. \u00a0Gardens Up Keep.\u00a0 You can keep this area, edging and attending to the garden can be done a need basis.\u00a0 The larger the garden(s) consider giving away the spring and fall clean ups which take up a lot of man power hours, especially if it is only you,\u00a0 and generates a lot of plant waste.<\/li>\n
  3. Watch others do your Landscape and Property Maintenance<\/strong> from your chair on the front porch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Life is good!<\/p>\n

    Backyard Maintenance Program<\/strong> Example: Possible List of\u00a0 Lawn Applications:<\/p>\n

    Early spring – fertilizing – get the lawn growing and green
    \nMid spring – over seeding – fill in the lawn\u00a0 new grass & thicken thin spots
    \nLate spring – weed control (first of up to 4 visits)\u00a0 – type\/effectiveness depends on local laws<\/p>\n

    Early summer – weed control & fertilizing if needed
    \nMid summer – weed control if needed
    \nLate summer – weed control if needed<\/p>\n

    Early fall – weed control if needed
    \nMid fall – over seeding & fertilizing<\/p>\n

    PS Winter snow and iced maintenance<\/strong> can be the same – Lot nicer to let a company blow or plow the snow on need basis, then you buying the equipment & maintain it.\u00a0 Life is short!<\/p>\n
