Stone Inuksuk statue can be used for garden or landscape design accents. In-uk-suk, can be difficult to say at first, historically a man-made stone landmark or cairn used by the Inuit, Iñupiat, Kalaallit, Yupik people of the Arctic region of North America.

The Red Maple Tree was clearly named for it’s red leaves in the Fall.
Early native Indian would protect their settlements with a high surround of trimmed White Cedar Trees embedded into the ground. Trees were a huge natural resources in early settler days both used for housing and protection.

This wood fence is a basic style with 2 horizontal rails and does the job of preventing pier walkers from falling over the edge. What’s good about the simple design is that the 4 x4 posts are rotated with the edge facing up leaving no flat areas for water to sit and rot the wood. Angled sides shed water quickly off the wood contributing to longer life for this rail fence!

The monarch butterfly likes the milkweed plant and is in the Nymphalidae family. Also named depending on region milkweed, common tiger, wanderer, and black veined brown butterflys. Most easily identified by it’s orange wings with black veins.
